Through that process of talking with advisors, what became evident was these existing platforms that are in many cases, decades old—It’s just been an onslaught of fairly disconnected pieces of capabilities and functionality—and they oftentimes call it just “bloat” on top of them.
They had reverted out of necessity back to Powerpoint and Excel: their two favorites slash least favorites. And it’s really problematic because it doesn’t scale, but it’s the tool they turn to.
That’s where we bring software to the equation.
So it’s really so much about them connecting with their wealth owners and bringing to life that wealth journey that they’re working on together with their clients. And that’s been pretty powerful.
