When the design element is just right, everything becomes easier, the way the information flows to you, how it feels, and that’s a core tenant to us.

Reed always talks about “simple, elegant solutions.” And it’s a philosophy of how we build and we, instead of…I think many software processes do all the functional aspects and then end up with design and try to do design at the end.

Ours is completely flipped. The very beginning of our process is design and design is threaded throughout. And I think it really shows in the software and really humanizes the experience for people.
