Video: Humanizing Through a Unified Experience
Summit's CRO Bob Conchiglia and COO + Co-Founder Anthony Sperling explore the connection between advisor and investor
Tune into Summit’s Chief Revenue Officer, Bob Conchiglia, and Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder, Anthony Sperling, discussing the problems advisors are solving today, and why they require a unified technology experience.
Transcript
A big component of what we’re trying to solve in this unified experience is to really humanize what advisors are seeing and what investors are seeing in the way that we do that.
It’s much more about the relationship, wealth management is thriving and the sport is evolving into this almost financial life coaching and financial therapists, in many ways.
It’s much more about the investor’s life and that connection between the advisor and the investor and that was the core motivation. It’s not about the statistics, it’s not about the numbers as much as it is about what’s happening in that investor’s life.
And when you start over again, you’re able to look through the lens of the advisor and say, what exactly are they trying to do? What do they need?
And it became evident to us that the problems they’re solving today are quite different than the problems that they were solving 10, 15, 20 plus years ago…[which] is why the disconnect exists between the technology they’re trying to use and the technology they want to use.
It’s about taking the user experience and taking those key components from each of the different tech pieces and partners that they have and bringing them together into a clean desktop so that they have that unified experience all in one place, very consistent, easily adoptable and focused just on their practice and how they communicate with their investors.
This is our staff, this is what we do. Software is how we create.
